What Shipping Methods Are Available?
Free Delivery within Nairobi: We offer free delivery for orders of Ksh 20,000 and above within Nairobi.
Pickup Option: You may choose to collect your order directly from our premises.
Courier Delivery (Outside Nairobi): For deliveries outside Nairobi, we use courier services. You may indicate your preferred courier company. All courier charges should be paid directly to the courier service provider.
How Long Will It Take to Receive My Package?
Orders are processed within 1–3 working days. For large or bulk orders, processing may take slightly longer.
