• Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required.

• Custom or special order items

• Items marked as "final sale"

3. Return Process

• Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Provide your order number and reason for return.

• We will guide you on how to return the item.

• You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

4. Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 working days.

• Refunds will be made to the original payment method.

5. Exchanges

• If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will replace it at no extra cost.

• Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
